The Outgivers Ministries shall raise an Altar of Reconciliation in the heart of Africa that shall focus on making an impact on God’s children in every street corner, alley, inner-city, neighborhood, village, town, church, synagogue, mosque, temple, club, the marketplace, public and private institution, etc.
Engage true worshippers to reconcile the next generation of Africans with their African roots so that Africans, anywhere in the world, may have hope again in Africa.
Engage the African Union to reconcile Africa with her children who were sold to slavery to the Americas.
Africans are descendants of Ham (Genesis 10:6 NKJV – “The sons of Ham were Cush, Mizraim, Put, and Canaan.” These represent Ethiopia, Egypt, Libya, and first settlers in Israel.) In Genesis10:8-12 NKJV we find, “Cush begot Nimrod, and he began to be a mighty one on the earth. He was a mighty hunter before the LORD; therefore it is said, ‘Like Nimrod the mighty hunter before the LORD.’ And the beginning of his kingdom was Babel, Erech, Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar. From that land, he went to Assyria and built Nineveh, Rehoboth Ir, Calah, and Resen between Nineveh and Calah (that is the principal city).”
The unity of Africa, Assyria, and Israel on the Altar of Reconciliation shall be pleasing to the God Who Seeks true worshippers (John 4:23), and He will release a new ‘Samaritan Woman’ experience that will cause His children to be reconciled back to Him. Like a cord of three strands (Ecclesiastes 4:12), Africa, Assyria, and Israel shall be woven together as true worshippers to pave the way for peace in Jerusalem, respect of every life, and break the chain of slavery over Africa and Africans.
Read what the scriptures say in Isaiah 19:19-25 NIV,
“In that day there will be an altar to the Lord in the heart of Egypt, and a monument to the Lord at its border. It will be a sign and witness to the Lord Almighty in the land of Egypt. When they cry out to the Lord because of their oppressors, he will send them a savior and defender, and he will rescue them. So the Lord will make himself known to the Egyptians, and in that day they will acknowledge the Lord. They will worship with sacrifices and grain offerings; they will make vows to the Lord and keep them. The Lord will strike Egypt with a plague; he will strike them and heal them. They will turn to the Lord, and he will respond to their pleas and heal them. In that day there will be a highway from Egypt to Assyria. The Assyrians will go to Egypt and the Egyptians to Assyria. The Egyptians and Assyrians will worship together. In that day Israel will be the third, along with Egypt and Assyria, a blessing on the earth. The Lord Almighty will bless them, saying, “Blessed be Egypt my people, Assyria my handiwork, and Israel my inheritance.””
It is evident from the above that Egypt’s first plan for Abraham’s offspring was not to treat them like servants. However, as time went by, there came a Pharaoh who had no regard for Joseph and he turned his people against Abraham’s offspring, branding them as a potential threat that could eventually endanger Egypt’s security. Pharaoh went ahead and enslaved the Israelites as we find in Exodus 1:8-14 NASB. It reads,
“Now there arose a new king over Egypt, who did not know Joseph. And he said to his people, “Look, the people of the children of Israel are more and mightier than we; come, let us deal shrewdly with them, lest they multiply, and it happen, in the event of war, that they also join our enemies and fight against us, and so go up out of the land.” Therefore they set taskmasters over them to afflict them with their burdens. And they built for Pharaoh supply cities, Pithom and Raamses. But the more they afflicted them, the more they multiplied and grew. And they were in dread of the children of Israel. So the Egyptians made the children of Israel serve with rigor. And they made their lives bitter with hard bondage—in mortar, in brick, and in all manner of service in the field. All their service in which they made them serve was with rigor.”
Pharaoh enslaved the Hebrews with intent to diminish their numbers but, we notice in verse 12 above that the Hebrews instead multiplied and grew thereby yielding results that Pharaoh dreaded so he had to change his tactics. He moved ahead and commanded the Hebrew midwives to kill all Hebrew male children at birth. But the midwives, who feared God and were conscious of their vocation to protect and birth life, chose to lie to Pharaoh that Hebrew women gave birth before they got there. This tactful resistance to Pharaoh’s command caused the Hebrew population to continue to multiply as we find in Exodus 1:15-21.
“Then the king of Egypt spoke to the Hebrew midwives, of whom the name of one was Shiphrah and the name of the other Puah; and he said, “When you do the duties of a midwife for the Hebrew women, and see them on the birthstools, if it is a son, then you shall kill him; but if it is a daughter, then she shall live.” But the midwives feared God, and did not do as the king of Egypt commanded them, but saved the male children alive. So the king of Egypt called for the midwives and said to them, “Why have you done this thing, and saved the male children alive?” And the midwives said to Pharaoh, “Because the Hebrew women are not like the Egyptian women; for they are lively and give birth before the midwives come to them.” Therefore God dealt well with the midwives, and the people multiplied and grew very mighty. And so it was, because the midwives feared God, that He provided households for them.”
The Hebrews kept increasing and this caused Pharaoh to unleash a sweeping command to everyone in Egypt to throw every Hebrew boy child into the Nile. We find this in Exodus 1:22 CEV as,
“Until finally, the king gave a command to everyone in the nation, “As soon as a Hebrew boy is born, throw him into the Nile River! But you can let the girls live.”
The Bible is silent about the number of Hebrew boy children who were drowned in the River Nile by this order. However, we know that God saved the life of His servant Moses who was born at the time when this order was in place.
Now it came about that when Moses was forty years old he decided to jumpstart his calling ten years before its time (Acts 7:23 -25), and instead caused his people to stay in bondage for four hundred and thirty years (Exodus 12:40-41) when God had said that their bondage would last for four hundred years (Genesis 15:13).
Acts 7:23-25 NLT reads as follows:
“One day when Moses was forty years old, he decided to visit his relatives, the people of Israel. He saw an Egyptian mistreating an Israelite. So Moses came to the man’s defense and avenged him, killing the Egyptian. Moses assumed his fellow Israelites would realize that God had sent him to rescue them, but they didn’t.”

“Now the time that the sons of Israel lived in Egypt was four hundred and thirty years. And at the end of four hundred and thirty years, to the very day, all the hosts of the Lord went out from the land of Egypt.”
And Genesis 15:13 NLT,
“Then the Lord said to Abram, “You can be sure that your descendants will be strangers in a foreign land, where they will be oppressed as slaves for 400 years.”
In 1 Chronicles 12:32 NASB we read,
“Of the sons of Issachar, men who understood the times, with knowledge of what Israel should do, their chiefs were two hundred; and all their kinsmen were at their command.”
We understand that on August 25, 1619, a set of slaves from Africa were brought to Point Comfort (known today as Fort Monroe in Hampton, VA), in the very manner as prophesied by the prophet Isaiah in chapter twenty and verses three to five.

“And the Lord said, Like as my servant Isaiah hath walked naked and barefoot three years for a sign and wonder upon Egypt and upon Ethiopia; So shall the king of Assyria lead away the Egyptians prisoners, and the Ethiopians captives, young and old, naked and barefoot, even with their buttocks uncovered, to the shame of Egypt. And they shall be afraid and ashamed of Ethiopia their expectation, and of Egypt their glory.”
This involuntary walk of shame brought about by connivance between the West and Africans against other Africans marked the beginning of our four hundred years of retribution punishment for what we, Africans, did to Abraham’s offspring. Some two hundred and sixty-five years later (November 15, 1884 – February 26, 1885), major European nations met in Berlin and set ground rules for the colonization of Africa to pit Africans against fellow Africans and plunder Africa. The impact of the Berlin Conference was not supposed to last beyond one hundred thirty-five years but seems like it will continue for another thirty years just as was the case of the Israelites leaving Africa. These extra thirty years could come from the activities of the French whose Franco-African cooperation accord, under the false pretext of ensuring future development of the continent is an anti-African mask (unfavorable economic ties, diplomatic loyalty, military, security and political patronage) that enables France to support dictators and other corrupt African puppets in order to defend its interests, however arbitrary they may be, at the expense of the African people.
This accord has a thirty-years cycle which Africa must have to break. August 25, 2019 was commemorated as the 400th anniversary of the landing of slaves in the United States of America. This ushered in a season and a time when like sons of Issachar the church must arise and call forth God’s justice over Africa, Africans, and the Africans who were sold to slavery by Africans. It is time for Africans to ask God to restore our dignity, respect, and unalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
Christ and Daniel as Exemplars:
In Luke 4:16-21 NASB we see how Christ demonstrates an understanding of the times (as he read from Isaiah 61:1-2a).
“And He came to Nazareth, where He had been brought up; and as was His custom, He entered the synagogue on the Sabbath, and stood up to read. And the book of the prophet Isaiah was handed to Him. And He opened the book and found the place where it was written, “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor.
He has sent Me to proclaim release to the captives, and recovery of sight to the blind, to set free those who are oppressed,
To proclaim the favorable year of the Lord.”
And He closed the book, gave it back to the attendant and sat down; and the eyes of all in the synagogue were fixed on Him. And He began to say to them, “Today this Scripture has been fulfilled in your hearing.””
As Christ read from Scripture and testified to his audience that he was the fulfilment of that Scripture so too are we called upon to pay attention to the times and seasons so that we can walk in God’s plan for our generation.
Daniel read from the book of Jeremiah and entreated The LORD to set his people free from captivity in Babylon as we find in Daniel 9:1-3 NASB.

“In the first year of Darius the son of Ahasuerus, of Median descent, who was made king over the kingdom of the Chaldeans in the first year of his reign, I, Daniel, observed in the books the number of the years which was revealed as the word of the Lord to Jeremiah the prophet for the completion of the desolations of Jerusalem, namely, seventy years. So I gave my attention to the Lord God to seek Him by prayer and supplications, with fasting, sackcloth and ashes.”
As mentioned earlier, we spent the entire year of 2018 in prayer and fasting not knowing what the Lord has in store for us. We observed from Genesis 12:3 how the Lord told Abraham that, “I will bless anyone who blesses you, but I will put a curse on anyone who puts a curse on you. Everyone on earth will be blessed because of you.”
And it ministered to us that the curse that took root on August 25, 1619 had to sunset on August 25, 2019, and that going forward Africans are to enjoy blessings on earth because of Abraham. Our Christian perspective is that 2020 is the first Year of Equality and we, as children of God, are called upon to establish it.
To accomplish this task, we will work in collaboration with servants of God (envoys from Africa), who understand altars and foundations, to pull down the altars of slavery and raise altars of Equality in the US. It is imperative to accomplish a task like this in its year of prophecy so that we will benefit from the unction that goes with it.
See Psalms 68:31 NASB which says, “Envoys will come out of Egypt; Ethiopia will quickly stretch out her hands to God.”
Way Forward
We intend to mobilize as many as two thousand people, especially in the East Coast, to witness the launching of the Altar of Equality in Hampton, VA. This event shall take place on August 08, 2020, at Continental Park at 4 Fenwick Road, Fort Monroe, VA 23651 from 08:00AM to 01:00PM. The Altar shall become a pilgrimage destination as we shall go back annually to celebrate anniversaries of Years of Equality.
